For additional cutting safety, we suggest using Saw Extension Tables to support your material. These tables attach to the infeed and outfeed sides.
There is two different types of Saw Extension Tables. Either flat tables or roller tables work with the cross cut saw. By joining tables end to end, longer sections can be made.
Saw Measuring Systems
In addition, Saw Measuring Systems can be added to the Saw Extension Tables. Both Saw Measuring Systems and Saw Extension Tables can be joined to a saw or Miter Saw Stand. You will speed up important processes and production when you add both the Extension Tables and Measuring Systems to your collection.
Blades
Manual Crosscut Power Saws perform well with a carbide blade. Blades are sold separately from the saw.
If you are using this machine for general cutting, then consider a 40 or 60 tooth blade.
An 80 tooth blade works well for fine cross cutting.
Melamine is best cut with a 100 tooth carbide blade.
Additionally, a 120 tooth carbide tipped blade works well for cutting plastic.
