Sales and Customer Service –  

JOB PURPOSE: Work with distributors and end users to find a solution to their product needs in a friendly, courteous manner. Assist in creating material cutting solutions to ensure a smooth sales process. Work with the distribution network to quote machinery and close sales. Acquire new sales leads through various avenues such as website traffic, social media, and other advertising. Follow up on potential sales. Be able to operate in a fast passed environment and track duties and projects on an ongoing basis. Maintain and use CRM system to track leads and sales.


  • Associate degree or 4 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to assertively and efficiently multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate safety information to all audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, e-mail systems, and other advanced computer programs
  • Willing to travel
  • Ability to read and apply exploded diagrams
  • Prior experience in machinery sales
