Procurement and Purchasing Manager –  

JOB PURPOSE:

The Procurement and Purchasing Manager oversees the sourcing of products and services for Original Saw Company and Williams & Hussey Machine and Tool. This role manages purchasing activities, including creating and verifying purchase orders, and maintaining critical operational reports. The manager will also build and maintain vendor relationships while seeking ways to reduce costs and improve inventory management, supporting company growth and development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or 2 years relevant work experience

Organized, detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to assertively and efficiently multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate safety information to all audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, e-mail systems, procurement and accounting software and other advanced computer programs

Engineering and Research & Development Specialist –  

JOB PURPOSE: Move company forward through Research & Development by working with others to update products and bring new products and assemblies to market. Be able to operate in a fast paced environment and be able to efficiently track duties and projects. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or 4 years relevant work experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to assertively and efficiently multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate safety information to all audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, e-mail systems, SolidWorks and other advanced computer programs
  • Ability to read and apply exploded diagrams
  • Prior experience in Engineering
