You may return Original Saw Company products that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Upon return to the Orginal Saw factory, we will perform a full inspection for damage and usage. The condition of the product will determine the refund amount. Damage or wear and tear will affect the refund. Original Saw Company is not responsible for freight or shipping costs on returned goods. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
