Return Policy
Original Saw Company strives to provide high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. If you need to return a product, we will perform a full inspection upon receipt at our facility to determine the item’s condition. Any damage or wear and tear may affect the refund amount.
For custom orders, including all saws, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Original Saw Company is not responsible for freight or shipping costs on returned goods.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, which include:
- Transit time for the return shipment (5-10 business days)
- Processing time upon receipt (3-5 business days)
- Bank processing time for the refund (5-10 business days)
Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed.

Please call Original Saw Company Customer Service at 800-733-4063 or email customerservice@originalsaw.com for assistance with your product return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. An RMA number is REQUIRED for all returned items.
