At Original Saw Company, we put safety first. Our Lower Guard Kit – 14″ is a required safety feature for Radial Arm Saws, designed to protect operators by covering exposed blade parts. This kit includes a durable, laser-cut aluminum ring that protects the sides and outer edge of the blade where the teeth are exposed, reducing the risk of accidental contact.
OSHA requires guarding to operate a Radial Arm Saw safely. Even if your Radial Arm Saw is an older model, adding proper blade guarding minimizes risk, providing safe operation for new and classic machines.

The Lower Guard Kit – 14″ protects by covering the exposed teeth on the bottom half of the saw blade, reducing the risk of accidental contact. This guard also protects the sides of the blade for enhanced safety.
